  • 24/7 phone, text and email support from hire through first three months with baby

  • Monthly visits until 30 weeks then bi-weekly or weekly visits until birth.

  • Physical, emotional, spiritual and informational support throughout pregnancy and during labor/delivery.

  • Guidance and assistance with preparing for baby.

  • Home visits the first 3 days baby is home to help the parent(s) and family with the transition and newborn appointments.

Postpartum Doula $30/hr

  • Guidance and education on newborn care

  • light house keeping and laundry

  • Assistance with sibling care

  • Guidance and education on infant sleep and feeding

  • Taking care of baby while the parent(s) sleep and relax

Every parent is deserving of care and community no matter their economic status or circumstance. I do not verify income - instead I trust that my clients are honest with me about their situation and needs. Consider what you can afford and the value of my services.

Free Doula care is available only when funds and time make it possible.

Limited space is available and eligible participants are accepted in the order received. Priority goes to pregnant and postpartum people who:

  • Are experiencing housing instability

  • Have no other labor support

  • Have a trauma history or a previous traumatic birth experience

  • have a high-risk medical condition or mental health diagnosis

  • Are BIPOC (Black, Indigenous, or other people of color)

  • Identify as LGBTQAI+

  • Experiencing Teen Pregnancy

If the cost of services and the pervious options would be too much of a financial burden, if you’re economic circumstances require you to prioritize nearly all of your income to basic needs, if you’re living paycheck to paycheck, or have significant debt but still wish for support - you are seen and deserving of support.
